Bring Yoga to your Office! Taking even a little time during your lunch break, before or after work to move your body and destress is absolutely essential for your health. Studies have shown that Yoga and Mindfulness improve your productivity as well! I offer an all levels corporate yoga class to help improve your flexibility and strength, focus your mind, and energize you for the rest of your day!
